In 2005,
Pleasantville Signs upgraded their machinery to include the
latest in digital printing and production cutting.
These two machines have doubled the production and created
projects the sign shop could only dream of before.
These 2 machines can work
together to perform flawless printing and precision cutting,
or can work independently on the same, or another project.

This is the Mimaki JV3. It is a 30" digital solvent inkjet printer. It can print directly on vinyl and also on banner materials, poster papers and other similar medias. It works with CMYK cartridges to create thousands of shades, along with several color pallettes from vinyl manufacturers. It can also work with other formulas such as Spot, PMS and Pantone. It can work alone, or it will print registration marks to be read by the cutter. |

This is the Summa Cutter/ Plotter. It is a 48" cutter that has double production from the very first day. It can work alone or read registration marks placed by the Mimaki to perform cutlines around graphics and photos. It really is a dandy machine. |
